Cloud Security Startup DoControl Raises $30 Million
Cloud data security startup DoControl has closed a $30 million Series B funding round that brings the total raised by the company to $43 million.
The financing round was led by Insight Partners, with additional investments from Cardumen Capital, CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, RTP Global, and StageOne Ventures.
Founded in 2020 with headquarters in New York, DoControl offers a SaaS data access control solution that leverages automation to identify, respond to, and address threats emerging from SaaS data policy violations.
The startup said it plans to use the money to scale its SaaS data security product offerings, fuel global growth through aggressive hiring, and build strategic partner programs.
“Security teams understand they now need to extend their Zero Trust architecture from the identity and network into the SaaS data layer,” DoControl co-founder and CEO Adam Gavish said.
“We are excited to partner with Insight Partners on this shared mission and help more organizations worldwide to prevent data breaches through security automation.”
